Worth & Company gave me my very first job in construction. I started as a laborer, went to apprenticeship school, and graduated to a mechanic in the New Jersey division. I commend Mr. Worth for implementing and welcoming a family orientated environment within this organization. Over the years, I've grown tremendously in my craft, working alongside exceptional leaders and mentors. I am extremely appreciative of my experience at Worth & Company.
