Brian Sozzi

Brian brings over 35 years of experience in the commercial construction industry to his role as Vice President of Human Resources. He began his career as a plumbing apprentice and progressed through the trades to become a mechanic and later a superintendent. Over the course of his career, Brian expanded into project leadership, spending 10 years as a Project Manager before transitioning into a Master Planning Executive. Those years provided a well-rounded operational perspective spanning both field and office functionality.

For the last 25 years, Brian has focused on business operations, with particular emphasis on recruitment and workforce education. His unique path from tradesman to executive gives him a distinct ability to connect with employees at every level of the organization, and to build recruitment and development strategies grounded by real industry experience.
