Tyson Foods Wastewater Treatment Plant

Worth & Company installed new wastewater treatment equipment in a brand new 5,600 square foot building at Tyson Foods in Vineland NJ.
Worth & Company was responsible for setting all equipment, as well as supplying and installing all above- and below-grade process piping for the primary DAF, aeration system, blowers, secondary DAF tank, rotary drum screen, pH adjustment tank agitator, sludge holding tank, and all associated pumps.
The equipment installation included all related process piping, which was installed on a racking system to keep piping clear of maintenance equipment while maintaining accessibility for plant operators. In addition to the equipment and process piping installation, Worth & Company also provided and installed a new HVAC and plumbing system in the warehouse.
