PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital
Worth & Company was tasked with the HVAC, Plumbing, and Medical Gas systems for the newly constructed, two-story rehabilitation hospital in Delaware.

Worth & Company, Inc. was assigned the responsibility of installing HVAC, Plumbing, and Medical Gas systems for the newly built two-story PAM Rehabilitation Hospital in Milford, Delaware. This inpatient rehabilitation facility spans 74,000 square feet and is designed to create a welcoming environment for patients. The hospital includes more than 50 private patient rooms, ample therapy gyms, a pharmacy, a kitchen, an outdoor training area, and administrative offices. This specialized healthcare project highlights Worth’s extensive expertise and strong dedication to fulfilling customer expectations.
As a mechanical contractor with a specialized CAD department using the latest REVIT program, integrating REVIT with Vista was essential for this project. Through effective CAD coordination, we collaborated closely with other trades and the design team to identify potential clashes early in the design phase, which optimized our pre-planning efforts. This proactive approach allowed us to avoid expensive on-site changes, resulting in a more efficient construction process.
This Design-Build strategy facilitated real-time feedback and adjustments between the design and construction teams. It accelerated decision-making and maintained effective communication throughout the project.
By leveraging these technologies and processes, we achieved greater accuracy, improved coordination, and a significant reduction in rework, all of which contributed to the successful completion of the project.
