Challenges Encountered & Solutions:
While the presence of COVID-19 was winding down, the project was not void of dealing with worldwide supply chain issues. When it became apparent that certain specified materials and equipment lead times fell outside of the allotted project schedule, Worth & Company was tasked with procuring substitutes that met the required specifications.
With all the focus on the lead times and obtaining material, the utilization of Worth’s innovative technology including Computer Automated Drafting (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) as well as making good use of Worth’s advanced prefabrication and pre-assembly capabilities allowed for overcoming logistic hurdles and kept the schedule of the project on target. Amidst the logistical issues and coordination complications of the world’s supply chain, Worth still maintained our standards of safety and installation and was able to deliver the project on time. This specialized healthcare facility project exemplifies Worth’s vast capabilities and high level of commitment to meeting the customers’ expectations.
