Tim Wallace

Vice President of Mechanical Service
With Worth & Company Since 2021

Tim brings over 15 years of HVAC industry experience and a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills to Worth & Company. He joined the team in 2021 as the Director of Sales and was quickly promoted to Vice President of Mechanical Service in 2022. His proven ability to develop strong customer relationships and drive results through high-performing teams led to his current role of Vice President of Mechanical Service, where he currently manages all aspects of Service Division business acquisitions, Service staff, and the processes and technologies that deliver cost-effective, quality solutions for our customers and stakeholders.

Tim is recognized by customers and vendors for quality, integrity, and commitment to partnerships, resulting in strong repeat and referral business. He has been instrumental in developing procedures for a Preventative Maintenance pipeline between Mechanical and Industrial Construction to achieve the Customer for Life experience at Worth & Company. Additionally, Tim initiated the rollout and development of a new ERP system for the Service Division to be utilized throughout the office and field.
