Terry Blair
Terry brings over 20 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry to Worth & Company. He is responsible for all aspects of mechanical construction operations, including coordinating and collaborating with business development and estimating in procuring future work. He provides keen insight and leadership by working with project teams to maintain profitability through production and improve the overall workplace environment. Terry also works closely with Mechanical Planning Executives and Project Managers to ensure project success.
Terry’s career at Worth & Company began in 2001 as a Laborer. He quickly moved up through the ranks upon completion of Worth’s piping apprenticeship program, which led to a role of Journeyman Plumber. He then progressed through various levels of Operations and has been responsible for the successful delivery of numerous large-scale mechanical construction projects.
