Steve Miller

Steve Miller has 20 years of experience in construction management. He oversees the Industrial Division, while also maintaining key stakeholder relationships and contributing to new business development. Steve also contributes to the development and improvement of company policies and procedures as part of the Senior Leadership Team. His career with Worth & Company began in 2009 as a Project Engineer in the Plant Division. After two years, he was promoted to Project Manager, where he managed multiple projects in both the Plant and Mechanical Divisions. In 2016, Steve took on the role of Project Executive, where he was responsible for a $20M+ Business Unit.

Steve has made significant contributions to the organization, including successfully rebranding the Plant Division to the Industrial Division in 2020. Under his leadership, the Industrial Division has experienced remarkable growth, expanding from a $15 million business unit to a $40 million business unit within just four years. Steve has also played a pivotable role in expanding our company’s footprint to include Virginia and Ohio.
