Len Pellegrino

Len Pellegrino began his career at Worth & Company in 1987. He has held various positions with progressive responsibility in logistics, purchasing, service, project management, sales, business development and estimating that led him to his current position as Vice President of Estimating. Len provides leadership and management for all aspects of preconstruction including sales, business development, estimating, and design build/engineering.

With over 35 years of diverse experience in the mechanical construction industry, Len has become a trusted advisor to customers, colleagues, and trade partners. His detailed and thorough approach are instrumental in developing and delivering comprehensive project estimates that align with customer requirements and company objectives.

Len is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and is a Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International.
