Justin oversees all construction operations for Worth & Company. With 30 years of diverse industry experience, Justin has built a strong reputation for driving results and consistent growth. As Chief Operating Officer, Justin provides leadership, guidance, and strategic vision to the organization, while collaborating with our CEO to set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance, and profitability.

Passionate about plumbing and HVAC, Justin began his career as an apprentice at Herre Brothers of Mechanicsburg, Pa. In 1999, he joined W.G. Tomko Inc. where, over the next 15 years, he served in roles with progressive levels of responsibility. While employed at W.G. Tomko Inc., Justin was asked to form a Mid-Atlantic Division and in its first year, the division generated $16 million in revenue. In 2022 the division he started surpassed $85 million in revenue. Most recently, Justin served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, where he led efforts to build W.G Tomko’s companywide operating platform.

He is a trusted advisor to customers, colleagues, and trade partners, and strives to empower and motivate team members by setting them up for success. His knowledge of construction and thoughtful approach to how we provide value to our customers has been instrumental in our growth and success.
