Jon Harding

Jon is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in engineering and leadership. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Jon pursued his passion for engineering by studying Engineering Systems Maintenace at the Dublin Institute of Technology. In 2007 he made a significant move to the United States and embarked on his career journey at Worth in 2008. He started as a Junior Sheet Metal Mechanic, Jons dedication and hard work quickly earned his promotions within the company. He progressed to the role of Equipment Maintenance Manager and later transitioned to the CAD department in 2012. Recognized by his skills, Jon was promoted to CAD lead in 2015. In 2017, Jons career continued to flourish as he was appointed as the BIM Manager, where he demonstrated proficiency in Building Information Modeling. Jons commitment to excellence and innovation led to his latest achievement in 2022 when he attained the title of Director of VDC. Jons journey during his time at Worth is a testament to his hard work, determination, and expertise in the field.
