David Boston is a seasoned construction professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Since joining Worth & Company in 2015, David has demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical skills that have significantly contributed to the success of various projects.

Beginning his career as a foreman, he quickly proved his capabilities and was promoted to Superintendent, and in 2016, David transitioned to the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) department, where he excelled in plumbing layout and design, showcasing his strong problem-solving abilities. His affinity for the dynamic environment of VDC allowed him to flourish, leading to his role as Plumbing Lead. In this capacity, David took on the responsibility of training our VDC team and addressing complex plumbing systems and code-related requests.

Davids commitment to excellence and innovation led to his latest achievement in 2025 when he attained the title of Director of VDC. Davids journey during his time at Worth is a testament to his hard work, determination, and expertise in the field.
