Park & Shore features two luxury condominiums overlooking the Hudson River in Jersey City, NJ.
The Park & Shore project consists of a 37-story, mixed-use development featuring 358 residential units as well as numerous amenity and public spaces. Worth & Company performed the mechanical and underground plumbing construction, including fabrication and installation of 245,000 lbs. of new ductwork and 49,500 linear feet of mechanical piping.
Project Scope:
- Mechanical & UG Plumbing Construction of 37 Story Mixed Use High Rise in Jersey City, NJ
- Fabrication and Installation of 245,000 lbs. of new ductwork; 49,500 linear feet of new mechanical piping (including 8,800 inches of welding)

- (622) Water Source Heat Pumps
- (37) Unit Heaters
- (46) Supply Fans
- (35) Exhaust Fans
- (30) Water Cooled AC Units
- (3) Roof Top Air Handling Units
- (14) Heat Exchangers

- (2) Cooling Towers built onsite.
The Worth project team was able to implement our lean methodologies and innovative design features to successfully meet the customers’ expectations. Every aspect of the company’s infrastructure and resources were utilized throughout the duration of the project, especially our design build, prefabrication, and pre-assembly capabilities. The project clearly showcased Worth & Company’s unique capabilities and talents as a Mechanical Contractor in the mid-Atlantic region.
Based on Worth & Company’s success on the project, Worth has hired by the GC to perform the renovation work of the Newark Gateway Complete. Worth & Company was also given a 3-year Service & Maintenance Contract on Park & Shore.
