One of the most premier and luxurious buildings along the Hudson River, this property boasts spacious floorplans and priceless views of the Manhattan skyline. The spectacular u-shaped structure offers 268 residential condominiums, 10 townhouses and over 40,092 square feet of amenity space including a two-story fitness center, infinity pool and numerous indoor and outdoor lounge areas.

Awarded by Sordoni Construction in March of 2015, Worth & Company was charged with constructing and installing the HVAC and plumbing. Worth immediately began using our CAD Capabilities to design & coordinate our Scope of Work in preparation for the groundbreaking in the summer of 2015. Additionally, Worth & Co’s inhouse Engineering team began Value Engineering the project to recommend potential savings opportunities and ensure the most efficient HVAC & plumbing systems for the building.

The Worth project team was able to implement our lean methodologies and innovative design features to successfully meet the customers’ expectations. Every aspect of the company’s infrastructure and resources were utilized throughout the duration of the project, especially our design build, prefabrication, and pre-assembly capabilities. The project clearly showcased Worth & Company’s unique capabilities and talents as a Mechanical Contractor in the mid-Atlantic region.
