Designed in a space that previously housed a Walmart, Geisinger Healthplex Centerpoint resides in Pittston, Pennsylvania in close proximity to State Route 315, Interstate 81, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The 124,000 square foot outpatient facility creates accessibility to specialty care for a wide range of Geisinger network patients in Luzerne and Lackawanna counties. Services offered in the newly renovated facility include surgery and endoscopy; bone, muscle, and joint care; urologic services; eyecare and eyewear; and physical and occupational therapy as well as laboratory, pharmacy, and diagnostics.

Worth & Company, Inc. was charged with constructing and installing the HVAC, Sheet Metal, Med Gas Piping, and Plumbing systems for the newly renovated, 124,000 square foot Geisinger Healthplex CenterPoint project in Pittston, Pennsylvania.

As a member of uniquely structured project partnership and construction process, Worth & Company helped execute the transformation of an abandoned Walmart into the Geisinger Healthplex CenterPoint facility that will provide a wide variety of in-demand medical services to the Northeast PA community for many years to come.
