The team facilitated BIM meetings and integrated REVIT for better coordination, minimizing errors and improving communication among all parties.

The Mechanical Room was prefabricated with boiler skids, heat exchanger pump skids, domestic heaters, and TMV skids, saving time and space. Efficient installation of chilled water lines through ceilings minimized disruption to other trades, demonstrating the team’s ability to innovate and adapt effectively.
