The Mechanical Room was prefabricated with boiler skids, heat exchanger pump skids, domestic heaters, and TMV skids, saving time and space. Efficient installation of chilled water lines through ceilings minimized disruption to other trades, demonstrating the team’s ability to innovate and adapt effectively.

The project’s success was not only a testament to the innovative strategies and technologies employed, but also to the dedication and expertise of the entire team.
