The project involves a complete overhaul to the sludge and digester piping, a new SCADA system and the addition of a sludge building which housed (2) de-watering presses and associated chemical systems. These enhancements will distribute gas to the boilers and provide an energy source that operates the boilers for the plant heating loads.
