Worth & Company, Inc. collaborated with Quadratus to convert an old BJ’s into a 40,000 sqft outpatient physical therapy center. The project created new office and therapy spaces for SLUHN. The transformation involved extensive remodeling and modernization to meet the specific needs of the healthcare sector. Advanced design techniques were employed to ensure the facility was both functional and aesthetically pleasing, offering a welcoming environment for patients and staff.
Worth spent crucial time field verifying existing conditions for our VDC/BIM modeling prior to releasing any ductwork, pipe, hanger/supports for fabrication and assembly at Worth’s fabrication shop. Worth worked alongside BDA Architects and Martin Rogers Engineering Consultants by providing suggestions on how to best achieve the design intent. This collaborative approach allowed for real-time problem-solving and adjustments, ensuring that the project could proceed without costly delays and enable the team to visualize potential conflicts before they occurred.
Worth is committed to excellence and adaptability in complex situations and managing unexpected obstacles effectively. For example, when integrating into existing HVAC units, Worth worked with our ATC subcontractor and implemented a solution that gave SLUHN more control of these units than was originally intended, fulfilling Worth’s commitment to exceeding client expectations.
This dedication to quality and adherence to our core values enabled us to successfully deliver the project within the agreed-upon timeframe, meeting all expectations and reinforcing our reputation for reliability and excellence.
