Odessa Elementary School

Worth & Company was contracted to install the HVAC and Plumbing for this new school.
State-of-the-art computer automated drafting (CAD) programs and Building Information Modeling (BIM) were implemented to assist in the coordination of ductwork, HVAC piping and plumbing systems, and provided a real space document that the entire construction team could utilize. One of several challenges that was successfully overcome was installing 3,000 feet of underground pre-insulated welded piping. The piping ran under a retention basin, while contending with a multitude of storm lines to connect Odessa Elementary School to the Early Childhood Center.
