(“Worth”), a leading regional provider of mechanical contracting and maintenance services in the tri-state area, announced today the acquisition of privately-held JOF Mechanical (“JOF”). For the last twenty-five years, JOF has specialized in designing, constructing and maintaining mechanical systems for commercial, industrial and institutional customers in the greater Lehigh Valley area.
Worth’s financial and intellectual capital support of JOF’s existing business will allow even higher levels of service that has made JOF successful.
