PIPERSVILLE, Pennsylvania (January 28, 2010) – Worth & Company, Inc., a leading regional provider of mechanical contracting and maintenance services in the tri-state area, announced today that Steve Stoughton, Construction Executive, has been named the Chairman of the Southeast Pennsylvania Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (“ABC SEPA”). ABC SEPA is part of ABC, a national trade association representing over 23,000 general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and associates who believe in the merit philosophy. ABC SEPA represents almost 500 of these specific firms in the area, providing apprenticeship and training programs, business development, government and labor relations, safety and management education. The Chairman serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Chapter; the presiding officer at all meetings, conventions and conferences; and is able to appoint members to the Board of Directors.
Stoughton, a nine year Worth & Company veteran, has served as a member of ABC SEPA’s Board of Directors since 2005, and was Vice Chair in 2009. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a concentration in Construction Engineering and Technology from Temple University in 1989.
