We embrace proven continuous- improvement methodologies for better and better customer service.

To continually serve our customers better, Worth & Company utilizes Six Sigma/Lean, a proven, continuous-improvement methodology and culture embraced throughout our organization – in the office; in the plant; and in the field. Six Sigma/Lean seeks to improve the end-user product or service by identifying and removing the causes of defects and variability in manufacturing and business processes. Currently, over ten employees are “Green Belts,” a designation given to professionals who have mastered a high level of learning in the Six Sigma/Lean methodology. We also have a number of “Black Belts,” the highest designation possible, in training.

You can’t improve what you don’t measure. Once we achieve one milestone, our team is reaching for the next. It’s this mindset that makes us highly efficient and able to deliver the best possible value. To meet and even exceed the high expectations of our customers, Worth & Company also participates in Kaizen events, which are studies that identify, reduce and eliminate waste. These studies help us drive down costs and lower production times, which results in delivering optimal mechanical systems on time and within budget. And because operational excellence also involves identifying and eliminating waste in our workspaces, we embrace the “5S” visual management system, which ensures that all employees work in highly organized and clutter-free environments.

Our commitment to continuous improvement delivers:

  • Increased customer satisfaction
  • Reduced cost
  • Improved on-time performance
  • Improved morale
  • Improved safety
  • Improved quality

We understand that customer loyalty doesn’t come easy and we never take it for granted. With over 450 highly engaged and experienced employees who love what they do, we bring tremendous value to customers by working internally as a team and collaborating successfully with owners and developers, general contractors, architects and engineers every step of the way.
