Just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing involves the pre-fabrication and pre-assembly of customers’ mechanical systems in Worth & Company’s clean Six Sigma/Lean factory environment. Pre-fabrication and pre-assembly enables us to deliver mechanical systems, components and materials according to schedule on a JIT basis for immediate installation, unhindered by job site conditions, weather, waste, potential damage or theft of system components.
