Worth & Company’s Pre-construction Department works with school districts and their design team of architects, general contractors and engineers to understand objectives and design optimal mechanical systems. Our mechanical consultants utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) to identify potential problems before construction begins, resulting in fewer change orders, quicker delivery and a better end product. When there are existing project plans, our consultants and engineers act as trusted advisors to ensure that the resulting mechanical systems are constructible, within budget and meet all project requirements. We believe strongly in teamwork and strive to promote open communication and harmony within the design and construction teams.

Worth & Company’s Construction Department has the ability to meet and even exceed schedule requirements through its manpower and state-of-the-art pre-fabrication and pre-assembly processes. Our highly experienced Project Managers, Superintendents and Field Technicians coordinate and work closely with school districts and their construction teams.
