During Pre-construction, our value engineering helps customers and their design teams realize sustainable building objectives. We utilize innovative 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to fully support their initiatives. As Green Building hinges on the ability to gain insight into a building’s performance through design analysis and optimization, BIM captures much of the data needed to support performance analysis as the design process proceeds. During this phase, our Mechanical Consultants and Engineers use BIM to analyze how a building’s mechanical system will perform. Armed with this information, they can evaluate alternatives quickly and make optimal decisions regarding Green features.

During Construction, customers count on our highly experienced LEED™ and Green Advantage-certified Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure that their plans are executed to receive the maximum possible LEED™ certification points. We are also skilled at handling all of the necessary LEED™ paperwork.
